“Building on the Campaign for Action Pillars to Create a Healthier America” is the name, and the aim, of regional meetings to be held in 2017 for Action Coalitions. Similar to last summer’s meetings, these workshops reflect the new needs and growth of Action Coalitions as they combine efforts to create healthier communities with their pursuit of the Institute of Medicine recommendations.

The first session was in Albuquerque, April 19-20; follow the link to read the New Mexico welcome. Coming up are Madison, Wisconsin, June 14-15; and Boise, Idaho, June 28-29. Action Coalitions have been invited to the one best suited for each.
