New nurses’ views of quality improvement education
This article, published in Health Professions Education, shares the findings of a survey of new nurses who graduated between August 1, 2004, and July 31, 2005. It sought to learn if they felt nursing school prepared them for the six quality improvement aims: that healthcare should be safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
