The Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence has applied coaching as a strategy for

professional development of individuals, leaders, teams, and groups since 2008. By integrating coaching in our programs, we have found that coaching accelerates the learning and significantly increased the long-term impact and integration of the learning. Coaching supports staff retention, engagement,accountability, and resiliency. As a result, we have a core group of International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained coaches with a variety of backgrounds and a few different customizable coaching training programs available.
