The FONWV Executive Team developed the Strategic Plan in November and December 2016. The Executive Team includes the Co-Lead representatives of the WV Hospital Association (Jim Kranz), WV Nurses Association (Cassy Taylor) and WV Organization of Nurse Executives (Lou Ann Hartley). It also includes the Leaders for Nursing Practice (Toni DiChiacchio and Mary Fanning), Education (Ron Moore) and Leadership (Peggy Coster) Teams, Executive Director (Aila Accad)  and representatives from the Association of Deans and Directors of Nursing Education (Pam Alderman), WV Center for Nursing (Drema Pierson) and the AARP State Director (Gaylene Miller).
