Nurses should be full partners, with physicians and other healthcare professionals in redesigning health care in the United States. The Arkansas Action Coalition wants to engage, encourage, and empower nurses to lead change in redesigning healthcare. Developing nurses for leadership roles is crucial, especially for our changing healthcare environment and complexity of patients.
