Coalition Member Engagement Resources
On January 12 and 13, 2015, the Center to Champion Nursing in America hosted a Volunteer and Coalition Member Engagement and Management Workshop. Objectives of the meeting included:
- Understand factors that contribute to successful volunteer and coalition member engagement and management in a variety of contexts;
- Identify strengths and opportunities for growth in AC engagement and management of volunteers and coalition members;
- Develop volunteer and coalition member engagement and management skills/strategies, including the use of e-tools;
- Develop a written plan that includes three concrete actions that ACs will take to build volunteer engagement and management capacity.
