Education Ideas Emerge From Learning Collaboratives
Agreements between nursing schools and population health initiatives; academic programs that include community-based care; reports that show the value of teaching student nurses the many variables that affect people’s health. These are among materials educators and nurses have mentioned as they discuss how to integrate a Culture of Health perspective into nursing education.
Since October 2016, the Campaign has hosted regularly scheduled calls in which academicians and those in practice exchange ideas and expand on what is working. On this page you will find a growing list of what they find useful. Listen to that opening session, and join new sessions of this learning collaborative. It is hoped that these conversations will be a catalyst for progress in this effort.
