Pennsylvania Conducts State Report on Academic Progression

“Understanding the Current State of Nursing Academic Progression in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: Charting a Course for the Future” is a 2016 report on academic progression in nursing by the Pennsylvania Coalition for the Advancement of Nursing Education (PCANE) and Pennsylvania Academic Progression in Nursing (PAPiN).  It produced two recommendations:

  1. Revitalization of workgroup to focus on nursing academic progression within the state; and
  2. Establishing a five-year action-oriented strategic plan to improve academic progression in the state.
