Virginia Increases Access to Care for Consumers
Virginia consumers may have more access to care, thanks to a bill signed by Gov. Ralph Northam on April 4.
The new law creates the potential for nurse practitioners in Virginia with at least five years of full-time clinical experience the opportunity to practice without a formal agreement with a physician.
