Minnesota Aligns Nursing Education With Needs
The Minnesota Alliance for Nursing Education (MANE) has developed infrastructure and resources to help schools of nursing increase baccalaureate-prepared nurses. MANE is an exemplar of the “Partnership Model” of academic progression, in which students entering a community college can select a BSN education track and advance seamlessly to graduate with a baccalaureate within four years. Among the resources from MANE, which is a strategic partner of the Minnesota Action Coalition, are a sample curriculum, a program description for a school catalog, core evaluation elements, and a student admissions manual.
