This 11-page online survey was sent to deans and directors of baccalaureate nursing degree programs by the Pennsylvania Action Coalition. The cover letter explained the goal was to collect information on best practices for academic progression of licensed practical nurses and registered nurses holding either a diploma in nursing or an associate degree in nursing.
