The Pennsylvania Action Coalition developed a survey for chief nursing officers to identify strategies for advancing the nursing education of their employees. The findings were presented at the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders annual conference, where some employers of nurses agreed to implement strategies to increase the proportion of nurses with BSN degrees.
